The field of this magneto consists of a single Alnico magnet which has a strong magnetic flux density. Capable of producing higher voltages then cobalt-steel magnets. Although field intensity cannot be changed, magneto produces an equivalent of greater current than cobalt-steel types. Generator is mounted on 7 5/8"" x 12"" wood base with incandescent lamp and socket used as a load. Two binding posts are placed on the board for attaching other loads. Complete with instructions. |
